Booking Conditions
  • To reserve a course, please send application form with chosen method of payment (Full amount or non-refundable Deposit of 30%).
  • All course and accommodation fees must be paid in advance and not later than the first day of the course. Students will not be admitted to class unless full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your course at Learn English in Dublin, the following conditions apply:
  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks before your course starting date minus 30% plus associated bank/credit card transactions charges.
  • For cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before your course starting date, you will be refunded 70% of the fees
  • For cancellations received between 1 and 7 days before your course starting date, you will be refunded 50% of the fees
  • There is no refund for any cancellation after the course has started.
Refunds
  • There are no refunds, discounts or lessons replaced for Public Holidays, late arrival, early departure or days missed during the course.
